Apollo and Artemis are born at Delos

The god Zeus parented 2 children with Leto (much to his wife Hera’s dismay). They were Apollo and Artemis; twins, born in the Sacred Lake on Delos. The island of Delos is near Mykonos and both are extremely windy. Last year I didn’t feel the call to go and visited Mykonos instead. I saw a cloud in the shape of a goddess. So this year following the ley lines I felt it was time to go. It was difficult. A tender, a water taxi, and then a ferry packed to the brim. Delays due to high seas it should have been cancelled but much to my anxiety it went ahead. Again saw an angelic cloud but the wind and seas were ferocious and we all were not dressed for the weather.

There were many cats living there. Greece has so many cats! Clare and I found the sacred lake now dry covered in trees. It sheltered us and it was quiet and we meditated and felt the earth. It was sacred and we were in shelter 🤗.

We wondered why the weather, water, air and sometimes dirt embraced and pushed us around. In the sky was a type of sword- St Michael??

Mostly a tough experience with a bit of sacredness thrown in.
