Early start for everyone. Apparently Rome is getting ready for it’s Jubilee so I’m not sure if it will have been fully accessible according to our guide.
I went on a tour north from the Roman port of Civitivecchio to a medieval town in Tuscany. It is not on my ley line but it called to me. The weather was great, the clouds angelic and the small group interesting and amusing.
I’m not sure I should drill down to specifics but there were a few dramas including an eyeful of skin, movie star vibes and lost phones and a professor. If you have seen Gilligans Island you’ll get the idea. I think we lost half hour somewhere. The town was beautiful and castle like as it was a fortification.
The soil here is very hardy to grow rich tasty fruit and wines, and we had a wine tasting at a local vineyard. Fantastic day all in all. Magic. Needed a snooze afterwards though….
