We assume because we open our mouths we have communicated something very important. We have uttered in our language a request that makes sense to us but not necessarily to others. Even the language from our own country. Lots of staff on this ship are multilingual and are very helpful.
However twice I’ve received meat without vegetables/salad and salad without meat. It seems impossible to get the two together. We had to laugh today at brunch as we both ordered steak with eggs and avocado dressing. As you can see in the photo we received two meals (both of us, two each). Yes the steak was there but also eggs Benedict. Go figure.
Then in the afternoon I asked for a red streak in my hair for Halloween but got several. Oh well it will eventually wash out.
